So wollen wir mit dir zusammenarbeiten

  • You will work with us to develop a style guide and design guidelines that apply to the platform, website, and documentation.
  • You will support the design and optimization of user interfaces, ensuring they are consistent, accessible, and easy to use.
  • You will contribute to the visual preparation of documentation and training materials (e.g. diagrams, screenshots, layouts).
  • You will incorporate user feedback and help translate it into a consistent UX/UI experience.
  • You will help ensure that our open-source project has a clear and recognizable visual identity.
  • You gain insights into the international research landscape and get to know the use cases of our customers.
  • You enjoy learning independently from podcasts and books, and you participate in company-funded marketing trainings to expand your knowledge.

Application Process

  1. Review of your documents – within 3 days we will give you feedback and, if suitable, invite you to an on-site interview.
  2. Getting to know each other – in the interview we exchange ideas about your motivation and our company.
  3. Your project – you present a project of your choice and explain how you implemented it.
  4. Subject-related discussion – we go into detail about your project and ask further questions.
  5. Feedback – within 1 week, at the latest 2 weeks after the interview, you will receive our decision.
